What we actually do
Most punctures picked up on holiday — a nail from a campsite gravel lane, a cut from a kerb in a crowded seafront car park — can be repaired on the spot if the tyre carcass is still sound. If not, we fit a replacement tyre; French rules require tyres to be replaced in pairs on the same axle, never as a single unit, for even braking and grip. We also test and replace 12V batteries, including on rental cars and motorhomes, and we fit spare wheels when the vehicle has one. We do not tow vehicles: every job is finished with you driving away under your own power.
We come to where you're parked
Tell us where the car is and we drive there — a campsite pitch near the Base Nature, a hotel car park in the old town, a supermarket lot in the Capitou retail area, or a rental villa near Port-Fréjus. There is no need to move the car and no need to find a garage: leave the keys where the vehicle stands and carry on with your day at the beach while we work.

Calling from a foreign phone
Dial +33 4 22 47 10 31 — replace the leading 0 of a French number with the country code +33. We speak French; if your French is limited, give us the vehicle type, tyre size (printed on the sidewall) and your exact location, and we'll manage the rest.
Stopped on a motorway? Call 112 first
If your car is stuck on the motorway itself, on the hard shoulder, a slip road or a rest area still inside motorway limits, French law reserves recovery to approved motorway operators, reached via the orange emergency phone or by calling 112. Once your vehicle is safely off the motorway — a service station car park, a town street, a campsite — call us on 04 22 47 10 31 and we take over from there.
